Factory reset: During “Shooting Mode,” (allow the Send it to fully power on and begins sensing level) turn the power knob up and down quickly (without powering the unit off ) until you see the two outside LEDs (Blue/Red) flashing (approximately 5-6 cycles). The unit will flash from the 2 outside LEDs to the next 2 LEDs with the final Green LED flashing. Once the Green LED starts to flash turn the power knob up and down (as previously stated) until the two outside and Green LED’s turn on together, wait until the 3 LED’s transition off and the unit resets as if it were powered up as normal. The Send iT is now reset to the factory settings and calibration.

Telling me to refer to the instruction manual, which already has not answered or solved my problem is not helpful. You need to improve your online help. I cannot remove the cover to access the battery. It is stuck. I need help.
All you need to do is pull the cover over the on-off switch. So hold the clamp in your hand, and then grip the outer cover and pull it in the direction of the switch (typically if you are holding the clamp in your right hand, you want to pull the cover to the left).
I cant take cover off either, looks simple on instruction, but it is stuck!! any advice, should I put something sharp in between lid and crease and separate the hard way?
update, there is a set screw by knob, you need to unloosen that on the newer models according to customer service, just called, it works now, easy , instructions need to be updated
