Black Friday FAQ's

Black Friday is the one sale we have every year.  Everything on our website will be on sale at varying discounts.  We list all our factory seconds for sale, as well as a number of overstock items. In addition, we offer a general discount on all items.

Unfortunately, we do not publish a listing of all items that will be available as factory seconds or clearance until the Legendary Black Friday sale begins. 

 

What will be on sale?

Everything will be on sale.  At a minimum, site wide there will be 10% off.  Overstock items and Blemished (or Factory Seconds) will have a higher discount percentage to be determined and released on the day of the sale.

 

When does it start?

For 2019 it will start at 3pm Pacific Time on Thursday, November 28th and will end at midnight, Monday, December 2nd.  

 

Why are items not available when I go to pay?

The website will allow you to add items to your cart but if it is a limited stock item like blemished or overstock items, they are on a first-come, first paid for system.  We recommend checking out multiple times if you are looking to buy more than one limited inventory item.  For November and December we are offering a free shipping option for any order over $399.  If your orders are less than that, simply use the support icon on any of our website pages with all of your order numbers after you've placed them all and we can combine shipping and refund any extra charges.

 

How long does it take to ship my order?

We do our best to ship orders as soon as they come in, this is our busiest time of the year so we ask for some patience, we will ship as quickly as we can but we are still human and need to ensure that you get everything that you ordered.  As soon as your order is picked and the shipping label is created, you will receive an email with your tracking number which should update on the shipping website that evening.

 

Can I call to confirm or place my order?

With the amount of questions that we are going to be fielding over that weekend and the following days, the phones will be turned off, we will do our best to answer voice mails but the best way to get a hold of us is via our support portal.  Our support team will be working overtime and through the weekend to answer any and all questions you send in through email - support@mdttac.com 

It is always best to place your order online, as we cannot guarantee that we will be able to place any orders over the phone as we will have limited access to phones during the sale.

 

What is a Blemished or Factory Second item?

The reason it's a blemish or factory second could be many.  We have very stringent quality control so sometimes there are some extra machine lines or an edge isn't the way it should be, a lot of people may not even be able to see it, but if it doesn't pass our QC team then it gets put aside.

On all regular priced items, we offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee, a customer can buy it, try it, use it and if for any reason they are not fully happy with it, they can return it for a full refund.  If it's been used, it's not new anymore so that would be marked up from mounting and blemished.  On this same note, all Black Friday sales are discounted and as such, are Final Sale.

 

Can I see what the Blemish is?

As our items are not gun parts, they are not serialized so there is no way to tell which item is which for their condition.  If you purchase a Factory Second / Blemished unit, it will be fully functional but it may not look perfect.  We will still offer a full warranty on the function of all our Black Friday sale items.

 

Will Oryx be on sale?

Oryx is a separate brand run from a different website and is not having a Black Friday Sale, but for November and December there will be free shipping on any order over $399.
