How to perform a factory reset on the Send It Gen2 level
Follow the instructions below to reset your Send It Gen2 level back to the factory settings.
POWER ON THE DEVICE.
ENTER THE SETTINGS MENU:
Hold the power button for four seconds. The unit will start to power off, and the white light will blink for five seconds. During the white light blinking sequence, press the power button five times to access the settings menu. Unit will exit the settings menu after 10 seconds of inactivity.
NAVIGATE THE SETTINGS MENU:
Press the power button using short clicks. The red light indicates you've entered the Factory Reset Menu.
After user pauses to select, the red light will blink 5x (1sec on, .5 seconds off) During this time the user must click 5x to activate factory reset.
• If user does not click at all or sufficiently, it will automatically exit the menu.
• Center LED changes to red solid for 4 seconds indicating completion and the unit powers off or resets, the factory settings will be restored.
